Chapter 1 General Rules

Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, meanings, and responsibilities of AllLiting Lifting Clinic and users regarding the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by AllLiting Lifting Clinic and other necessary matters.

Article 2 Effect and Change of Terms
(1) These Terms shall be effective upon disclosure to the User.
(2) AllLiting Lifting Clinic may change the Terms and Conditions when circumstances change or when there are important reasons for business, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 Other Terms and Conditions
If any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they shall be governed by them.

Chapter 2 Membership and Service Use

Article 1 Definition of Member
A member is a general individual who is recognized as suitable as a member by AllLiting Lifting Clinic, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions, fills out the membership form of the Service, and is issued an ‘ID’ and ‘password’.

Article 2 Establishment of Service Subscription
(1) Service subscription is established by the acceptance of the user’s application for use and the user’s agreement to the contents of the Terms and Conditions.
(2) Anyone who wishes to join as a member and use the Service shall provide the personal information requested by AllLiting Lifting Clinic.
(3) If the user’s application for membership is approved by AllLiting Lifting Clinic, AllLiting Lifting Clinic will notify the user of the member ID and other information deemed necessary by AllLiting Lifting Clinic.
(4) The ID entered when registering cannot be changed, and only one ID will be issued to one person.
(5) AllLiting Lifting Clinic shall not accept any application for membership that falls under any of the following items.
A. When the application is made using the name of another person
B. The application is not made under the person’s real name
C. When the contents of the application form are falsely stated
D. When the application is made for the purpose of interfering with the well-being and order of society or public morals and customs.

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions
(1) The Service shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties of the Company.
(2) The service usage time of the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notice to the member if necessary for regular maintenance of the system.
(3) Online consultation among the contents of the Service may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the responding specialist.

Article 4 Service Fees
(1) The Service is available for free to all people who register as members.
(2) In the event that AllLiting Lifting Clinic charges a fee for the Service, the timing, policy, and cost of the fee shall be disclosed on the Service prior to the implementation of the fee.

Chapter 3 Unsubscribing, Rejoining, and Restricting Use of the Service

Article 1 Withdrawal from the Service
(1) If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must request the operator to cancel the service via e-mail.
(2) If you provide your name, ID, phone number, and reason for termination, we will check whether it matches your subscription record and cancel your subscription.
(3) If you cannot log in with your existing ID and password, you have been canceled.

Article 2 Rejoining the Service
(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the Service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to rejoin the Service, the user may request to rejoin the Service by sending an e-mail directly to the operator.
(2) When requesting to rejoin, please provide a name, ID, and phone number that can identify you, and the rejoining process will be processed.
(3) If you are logged in with your existing ID and password, you have re-registered.

Article 3 Restriction of Service Use
AllLiting Lifting Clinic may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a specified period of time if the member commits any of the following acts.
A. In case of violation of public order and morals
B. Involvement in criminal behavior
C. If you plan or execute the use of the Service for the purpose of undermining national interest or social public interest
D. If you steal another person’s ID and password
e. If you damage or disadvantage the honor of others
b. Double registration by the same user with different IDs
e. In case of harming the healthy use of the service, etc.
A. In case of violation of other relevant laws and regulations or the terms of use set by AllLiting Lifting Clinic.

Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability for Services

Article 1 Online Consultation
(1) AllLiting Lifting Clinic tries its best to maintain security so that the consultation contents of the members or users of the Service are not leaked to third parties except for the consulting doctor and the service administrator. However, AllLiting Lifting Clinic shall not be liable for the disclosure or loss of consultation contents in the following cases.
A. If your password is leaked due to your negligence and the contents of your consultation are disclosed.
B. The user deletes the consultation using the ‘Delete’ function.
C. If the contents of the consultation are disclosed or lost due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the control of AllLiting Lifting Clinic.
(2) In order to provide a comprehensive and appropriate response to the consultation requested by the Member, primary care physicians and specialists may refer to the consultation contents and responses.
(3) The contents of the consultation conducted on the Service may be used for the following purposes after deleting personal identification information.
A. Academic activities
B. Authoring activities such as printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc.
C. Part of the service contents such as FAQs and recommended consultations
(4) The answers to the consultation are subjective answers based on the medical knowledge of each specialist and do not represent the service opinions of AllLiting Lifting Clinic.
(5) Online consultation may not be provided in whole or in part in the following cases.
A. If you repeatedly apply for the same consultation
B. If you apply for a consultation using expressions that violate common sense
C. If you apply for a consultation that requires a diagnosis name
d. If you apply for a consultation regarding treatment fees, test fees, drug prices, etc.

Article 2 Information Service
(1) The content provided in the Service is schematic and general and is provided for information purposes only. The information or counseling provided in the Service is in no way a substitute for medical diagnosis. The information or counseling provided in the Service is in no way intended to be a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical examination or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about your health condition, you should visit a real doctor for diagnosis. Under no circumstances should you disregard a doctor’s diagnosis or delay seeking diagnosis, medical examination or treatment because of the information provided in the Service.
(2) AllLiting Lifting Clinic does not recommend any specific tests, products, or treatments mentioned in the Services. All opinions expressed in the Services are those of the respective consulting physicians. AllLiting Lifting Clinic is not responsible for the content of any documents or consultations provided on the Service.
(3) Your acceptance of the information on the Service, the opinions of practitioners participating in the Service, or other members or visitors using the Service is at your sole discretion. Accordingly, AllLiting Lifting Clinic shall not be liable for any damages, injury, or other adverse consequences arising from the use of any products, information, ideas, or instructions provided to you.

Chapter 5 Obligations

Article 1 Obligations of the Company
(1) AllLiting Lifting Clinic shall make the Service available to Members unless there are special circumstances.
(2) AllLiting Lifting Clinic is obligated to provide the Service continuously and stably as stipulated in these Terms.
(3) AllLiting Lifting Clinic shall handle opinions raised by members through appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, the member shall be informed of the reason and the processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligation to secure member information
(1) The Member shall be responsible for all management of the Member’s ID and password.
(2) The Member agrees to receive e-mails from the Service sent as part of the Service.
(3) In the event of any unauthorized use of the Member’s ID, the Member must notify Ollating Lifting Clinic.
(4) Ollating Lifting Clinic will not sell or provide personally identifiable information to third parties not affiliated with Ollating Lifting Clinic without the prior permission of the Member or User. However, Ollating Lifting Clinic may utilize voluntarily provided registered information to
a. To provide developers with information necessary to develop new features, information, and services that are useful to our members
b. Provide advertisers with statistical (but never individually identifiable) information about members of the Service and user populations
c. To be used by the Company to conduct advertisements or services in accordance with the preferences of members and users.
(5) Personally identifiable information (such as username, ID, e-mail address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces such as bulletin boards (the “Communication Spaces”). In these cases, the information you disclose may be collected, associated with, and used by third parties, and you may receive unsolicited messages from them. Such actions of third parties are beyond the control of AllLiting Lifting Clinic. Therefore, AllLiting Lifting Clinic makes no guarantees against the possible discovery of your information by means beyond AllLiting Lifting Clinic’s control.
(6) AllLiting Lifting Clinic may use cookie technology to facilitate the use of the Service. Cookies are small text files used by websites to recognize returning users and to help them continue to access and personalize their experience. In general, cookies work by giving you a unique number that has no meaning outside of the site that granted the cookie. Cookies do not get inside your system and do not pose a risk to your files. AllLiting Lifting Clinic cannot prevent advertisers or related third parties on the Services from using cookies. If you or your family do not want information collected using cookies, you can control whether or not your web browser accepts cookies. However, the use of cookies may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Services (in particular, personalized information).
(7) AllLiting Lifting Clinic may mutually provide/utilize the member’s information in the Service or between the Company and its business partners.

Chapter 6 Dispute Mediation

(1) Disputes concerning all matters related to the use of the Service that arise except as stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the competent court.
